1. Enterprise SLA and Guarantees
At LauGrid, we are committed to providing an enterprise-grade experience. Our enterprise plans are covered by specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) which detail uptime guarantees and corresponding credits in the event of failure to meet these guarantees.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions (Starter and Growth plans), you may cancel at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are heavily discounted and require a 12-month commitment. If you choose to terminate your annual agreement early, no refund will be provided for the remaining months, unless explicitly stated in your Enterprise contract.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, solely at the discretion of the LauGrid billing department. To request an exception, please submit a detailed explanation to our support team.
